Over two days, Richmond Adult Community College plays host to performances of traditional dancing and music such as Nihon Buyo and taiko drumming, and fun activities from martial arts to kitsuke (kimono dressing). Several manga artists and merchandise dealers will also be on-hand selling their wares.
Relax in the open cafe area, where Japanese festival food is on sale, or stick around on the Saturday night, when live bands and DJs take over for a J-pop party. Away) to be released in the UK.
Entry to the festival is free and the venue is only 2 minutes walk from Richmond tube and rail station.
